Broadway is a destination for premium, experiential shopping — and Beauty & Personal Care is at the heart of it. We are seeking a Team Lead to support the Department Manager in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Role Overview:
The Team Lead – BPC will be the go-to person for a cluster of beauty advisors within the department, ensuring smooth daily operations, motivating the team, and leading by example in sales and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Department Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Supervise and motivate a team of beauty advisors, ensuring consistent customer engagement and upselling.
- Provide on-the-floor training and guidance on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure counters and displays are well-merchandised, clean, and stocked at all times.
- Track daily sales performance and share feedback with the Department Manager.
- Support in inventory checks, replenishment, and shrinkage control.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism.
- Actively participate in in-store beauty events and launches.
Key Requirements:
- 3–5 years of retail sales experience in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, fragrances, and grooming products.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or senior sales associate role is preferred.
- Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about beauty trends.
