LLB or LLM

Skill Set :

. Attention to detail, teamwork, time management, organizational skills, drafting pleadings, research analysis

1. Drafting, vetting and negotiation of legal and commercial documentations in respect of new projects, AMC, notices, replies, HR related agreement, for BSE, its group companies and Trust.
2. Handling litigation matters.
3. Attending matters before courts tribunals.
4. Drafting appeals, affidavits, petitions, pleadings to be filed and liasioning with advocate, solicitors, senior counsels, and operational departments for complying with court requirements.
5. Maintenance of agreement cycle and court files.
6. Supervise MIS and ISO Compliance and activities like Departmental notes,

7. Carrying out amendments to Rules, Byelaws and Regulations.
8. Carrying out research and provide comments on consultation papers or proposed policy matters.
9. Filing of claims initiating recovery proceedings and issuing replying to legal notices.

Other Essential Attributes :

Experience in Securities Law/Capital Market is Mandatory.
