Job Description
- As a Factory Manager, your role encompasses various responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the manufacturing processes. Your key responsibilities include:
- Being accountable for production quality and dispatch, ensuring that the 3M (Man, Machine & Material) is available on a daily basis.
- Maintaining the ROL (Re-order Level) of production material to avoid any shortages.
- Evaluating daily production reports and submitting them to the management for review.
- Managing the manufacturing aspect of the organization to maximize efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to optimize factory operations.
- Ensuring the proper functioning of factory machinery and addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
- Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any issues that may affect production output.
- Conducting regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards.
- Motivating factory workers to achieve production targets consistently.

- Assisting Line Supervisors in enhancing customer satisfaction in alignment with organizational goals.
- Providing support to other departments regarding manufacturing-related matters such as procurement of materials.
- Responsibly managing resources and controlling expenses to adhere to budgetary constraints.
Additionally, you should enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
