Key Responsibilities:- Training Coordination: Plan, schedule, and execute internal and external training programs.
- Induction Management:

Design and deliver engaging induction programs for new hires.
- Vendor Management: Identify, liaise, and manage external trainers and training partners.
- Program Design: Develop and implement learning modules aligned with business needs.
- Tracking & Reporting: Monitor training effectiveness and maintain accurate records.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with managers and teams to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4-7 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Coordination.
- Strong knowledge of training design and delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple programs independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LMS tools (preferred).
