Its flagship brand, Bubz, offers Real Soda. Unreal Benefits. with 6g of prebiotic fiber per 250ml slim can, zero added sugar, no preservatives, and no artificial colors, naturally sweetened with monk fruit and erythritol at just 15 calories per can. The brand currently features four flavors—Classic Cola, Lemon Lime, Citrus Orange, and Strawberry—designed for conscious consumers such as Gen Z, young professionals, and fitness enthusiasts. Bubz focuses on D2C, quick commerce, and modern trade channels, pairing premium packaging with an active, on-the-go lifestyle. The company aims to make functional beverages mainstream in India by offering sodas that feel cool, social, and aspirational, without compromises or gimmicks.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Mumbai. The Content Creator will develop engaging digital content across social media, website, email, and other brand channels, aligned with Bubzs positioning and marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include planning content calendars, scripting and producing short-form video and static creatives, and collaborating with design, marketing, and sales teams to support launches, promotions, and brand storytelling. The role involves researching trends in functional beverages and youth culture, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and maintaining consistent brand voice and visuals. The Content Creator will track content performance, experiment with new formats and platforms, and participate in shoots, events, and collaborations to generate authentic, on-brand content.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in content ideation, storytelling, and copywriting for digital platforms, including short-form and long-form formats.
• Experience creating social media content (Reels, stories, static posts), basic video editing, and familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including social media strategy, influencer collaborations, and basic analytics to measure content performance.
• Ability to conduct research on consumer trends, pop culture, and functional beverage categories, and translate insights into relevant, high-impact content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; comfort with Hindi and other regional languages is an advantage.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Prior experience in content creation for FMCG, beverages, lifestyle, or youth-focused brands is preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
