This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Associate located in Bengaluru. The HR Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, overseeing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, and maintaining HR policies and compliance. The role includes facilitating training and development programs, supporting recruitment activities, addressing employee queries, and ensuring smooth onboarding and exit procedures. The HR Associate will also collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and foster a positive work environment.

• Experience in HR Management, HR Operations, and overall Human Resources functions
• Knowledge and ability in Training & Development practices
• Strong written and verbal Communication skills
