Job Description

Your Tasks Will Be The Following

  • Drive Order Intake across the Middle East for all segments and applications, including Hydrogen Mobility & Energy, Industrial Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, and Gas Gathering & Transport.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities early in the project lifecycle, particularly with end-users prior to EPC award.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with global business objectives.
  • Conduct market price analysis and coordinate tender pricing activities.
  • Prepare and manage budgetary and firm tenders (technical and commercial), ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial and technical clarification meetings with customers and negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in CRM and provide regular forecasts (monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer engagements to promote brand visibility and business development.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and ISO 9001 quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of total experience in technical / commercial sales, with at least 5 years in the Middle East.
  • Proven experience in selling reciprocating compressors or similar rotating equipment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Hydrogen sectors.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
