We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Agent to join our growing team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of the world s most competitive Real Estate markets.As a Junior Sales Agent, you will support our senior team throughout the full sales cycle from lead generation to client follow-ups and will also have the opportunity to close deals and earn commissions under direct guidance.You will gain real exposure to Dubai s high-value property transactions while developing your sales, communication, and market knowledge in a fast-paced environment.Our office is located in Boulevard Plaza Tower 1, Downtown Dubai right in the heart of the city s business district.Responsibilities:Assist senior agents with property viewings, client meetings, and follow-up communications. You will also have the opportunity to close deals yourselves.Generate and qualify leads through online platforms and networkingPrepare marketing content and presentations for active listingsMaintain accurate client data and activity trackingResearch current market trends, communities, and property launchesLearn the legal and operational framework of Dubai real estateParticipate in team meetings, training sessions, and fieldworkActively contribute to real deals and earn commissions, with full mentorship and supportQualifications:Excellent communication and client-facing skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational abilitiesMust have lived in Dubai for at least 2 years and be familiar with key neighborhoodsA valid UAE driver s license is requiredMust have your own mode of transportation (personal or rented car is acceptable)Presentable, independent, and driven to grow in real estateNote: Upon acceptance, you will be welcomed into a field with an uncapped potential, and will be dealing with High Net Worth individuals.
