Job Description
- Role OverviewWe are looking for an HR Intern to support day-to-day HR Operations. The role provides hands-on exposure to core HR processes and is ideal for MBA (HR) students seeking practical experience in HR Ops.Key Responsibilities
- Support employee onboarding and exit processes
- Assist in maintaining HR records, files, and HRMS data
- Coordinate with internal teams on attendance, leave.
- Support recruitment coordination (interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups)
- Assist in drafting HR communications and reports
- Support compliance documentation and audits
- Provide general administrative support to the HR teamDesired Skills & Competencies
- Pursuing MBA in HR or related specialization
- Basic understanding of HR operations and HR lifecycle
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Qualification: MBA (HR) Pursuing from 2026 batch passout
