- Role Overview:
As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing creative graphics animations to meet various client requirements. You will play a crucial role in storyboarding, animation, and creating motion graphics. Additionally, you will collaborate on creative projects for social media platforms, including digital assets, banners, and product images. Your involvement in video shoots and seamless video editing will contribute to crafting compelling video storytelling. It is essential to stay updated on industry trends and optimize design techniques to ensure timely deliverables. Working collaboratively within a team, you will thrive under tight deadlines, providing creative recommendations for engaging marketing proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design creative graphics animations
- Participate in storyboarding, animation, and creating motion graphics
- Collaborate on creative projects for social media platforms
- Assist in video shoots and edit video pieces for storytelling
- Stay updated on industry trends and optimize design techniques
- Work in a team under tight deadlines, offering creative recommendations for marketing proposals
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 3 years of graphics experience in a digital agency or similar field
- Experience in static graphics and video editing (reels edit)
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Premier Pro
- Expertise in AI tools for image generation is a plus
- Prior experience in designing for offline marketing
- Portfolio demonstrating technical competence, creativity, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of color theory, typography, design principles, and animation techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for continuous learning and providing creative inputs to clients
Additional Company Details:
The work timing for this full-time position is Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 4:30 pm, with the third Saturday as a fixed off day. The work location is in person.
