This is a full-time on-site Recruiter role located in Jaipur. The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions within the organization. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, creating and posting job descriptions, evaluating candidate applications, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The Recruiter will also maintain talent pipelines and proactively explore new talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring goals.

• Proficiency in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and interview facilitation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze job specifications and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Time management and organizational skills for managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously
• Knowledge of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
• Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is preferred
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
