This is an internship role for a Recruiter based on-site in Gurugram. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to meet organizational hiring goals. Additional tasks include maintaining recruitment databases, managing job postings, and implementing best practices to ensure a positive candidate experience. The position involves collaboration with internal teams to support workforce planning and recruitment strategies.

• Knowledge of candidate sourcing, initial screening, and end-to-end recruitment processes
• Skills in building strong relationships and collaborating effectively with hiring managers
• Ability to manage recruitment databases and monitor job postings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and managing multiple tasks
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS software, and market trends is a plus
• Enthusiastic approach with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
