Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a delivery team of 15 30 recruiters (executives + assistant managers).
- Allocate roles and vacancies fairly and track ownership of closures.
- Monitor daily/weekly KPIs (CVs submitted, interviews arranged, offers, closures).
- Resolve conflicts in credit-sharing and ensure transparent reporting.
- Drive recruiter productivity when there is low work inflow (idle time tasks).
- Provide daily/weekly reports to senior management.
- Train, mentor, and discipline underperforming recruiters.
- Liaise with Client Success and Sales teams for seamless delivery.
KPIs

- Number of closures per recruiter/team.
- Turnaround time per role.
- Recruiter productivity (CVs submitted per day/week).
- Team compliance with SOPs and CRM usage.
- Client satisfaction on delivery quality.
