We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic recruiter to join our dynamic human resources team.

Position: Recruitment Consultant (Manufacturing Company Hiring)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist qualified candidates. Perform in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills and qualifications. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and providing feedback to candidates. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to ensure effective sourcing strategies. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs and recruitment events. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Location: Chennai- Thousand Lights, Greams Road,

Office Mon to Fri (1st Saturday only working)

Time -10 am to 7 pm
