Job Title: Tele calling Executive School Admissions

Location: Morais City, Trichy

Duration: 3 months internship (Stipend will be provided)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Telecalling Executive to support our School Admissions Team. The role involves calling prospective parents from provided leads, explaining the schools academic offerings and facilities, following up regularly, and converting inquiries into campus walk-ins and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Call prospective parents from provided lead database.
• Introduce and explain the schools curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
• Pitch the school’s strengths and unique features confidently.
• Follow up with parents who have shown interest.
• Schedule and confirm campus visit appointments (walk-ins).
• Maintain proper records of calls and update CRM / lead sheet daily.
• Share admission-related details such as fees, documents required, and timelines.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly walk-in and admission targets.
• Coordinate with the Admission Counsellor for smooth conversion of leads.
• Provide regular reports on lead status and conversions.
  

Required Skills

• Good communication skills.
• Confident and convincing speaking skills.
• Ability to handle objections and parent queries patiently.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM / Google Sheets).
• Target-oriented and result-driven attitude.
• Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette.
  

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
• Experience: 1–3 years in Telecalling / Admission Counselling / Sales (School experience preferred)
