Job Description
- As an eLearning Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing interactive eLearning modules and courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software. You will collaborate with instructional designers, graphic designers, and subject matter experts to translate learning objectives into engaging and interactive learning experiences. Incorporating multimedia elements, such as audio, video, and animations, will be essential to enhance the learning content and engage learners effectively. Ensuring that eLearning content is accessible, responsive, and compatible with various learning management systems (LMS) and devices will be a key part of your role. You will also be required to test and troubleshoot eLearning modules to identify and resolve technical issues and ensure optimal performance.
The ideal candidate for this position should have 3-6 years of experience in the eLearning development field. Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software is necessary. A strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories is crucial for this role. Experience with multimedia development, including audio and video editing, will be advantageous. Knowledge of SCORM and other eLearning standards is also required. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, as well as effective communication and collaboration skills, are essential for success in this position.
