Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Achieve assigned sales targets for Biosurgery products.
Develop and manage key accounts including HCPs, hospitals, and distributors.
Identify new business opportunities and expand product usage within existing accounts.
Support channel partners and authorized dealers to ensure effective product penetration.

Product & Clinical Support

Provide OT support during surgeries and ensure correct product usage.
Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and evaluations with HCP
Deliver scientific, technical, and clinical information to customers.

Address product-related queries and troubleshoot clinical concerns professionally.
Conduct product training programs for HCP, OT staff, and internal sales teams.
Support and participate in workshops, CMEs, conferences, and promotional activities.
Stay updated with clinical data, competitor products, and market trends.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers.
Coordinate with hospital procurement, materials management, and administration for smooth supply and approvals.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Reporting & Compliance

Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates.
Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and ethical standards.
Support tender processes, pricing discussions, and documentation as required.
