Job Description
– Implement and maintain field operation support systems to ensure efficient service delivery.
– Collaborate with field teams to understand operational needs and optimize solutions.
– Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to field operations.
– Take daily meetings for hospitals
– A positive talk with the outstation hospital coordinators or random staff.
Qualification & Requirement –
- – HSC/Graduate Freshers with a keen interest in the Health Care Sector are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and computer applications.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a collaborative mind-set.
Salary Range – 10k – 15k
Start Date – Immediately
Location – Mumbai

The name of the organisation is inspired by the life and efficient warfare management of Maharashtrian legend, Chhatrapati Maharaj. The founder, during the prior months of founding CSCS was reading a book named, ‘Shivaji: The Management Guru’ which later turned out to be partly the name of the organisation.
