Role Overview
C2FO is looking for a highly motivated and execution-focused Business Development Manager to
strengthen the top of the funnel and build a strong foundation for our sales franchise in India. This is
a pure Business Development role, focused on lead generation, stakeholder mapping, early-stage
engagement, and opportunity qualification for large enterprises.
The role is strategic and highly visible, working closely with senior sales leadership and engaging
with stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Procurement, Accounting, Shared Services, and IT
functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Run targeted outbound call and outreach campaigns to generate qualified meetings with senior
- Support Sales leadership in executing account and territory plans through research and
- Qualify inbound marketing leads and ensure timely follow-ups and handovers.
- Drive prospect participation in marketing initiatives, including webinars and events.
- Accelerate the early stages of the sales cycle through stakeholder identification and account
- Conduct industry, company, and competitor research to support BD outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline hygiene in CRM systems.

- Strong understanding of the Indian corporate landscape and large enterprise structures.
- Proven experience in outbound lead generation and meeting setup.
- Ability to qualify and disqualify leads effectively.
- Confident, self-driven, and comfortable engaging with senior leadership and CXO-level
- Familiarity with structured sales processes and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Tier-1 MBA or CA with strong business communication skills preferred.
