You need to be a HODLer of these:
- Education: Bachelors in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Experience: 48 years in growth marketing roles, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or the broking sector.
- Proven experience in lead generation for channel sales or distribution networks.
- Preferably, a strong understanding of Indian capital marketsespecially B2B partner channels.
You will be mining through these tasks:
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital ads, email, webinars, events) to generate high-quality sub-broker leads.
- Drive awareness and inbound interest among targeted partner audiences.
- Optimize funnel marketing strategies for maximum lead conversion.
- Develop and deliver B2B digital strategies that fuel partner engagement.
