Manager - Thermal Sales (Alu & Dri, Central India)

The Manager – Thermal Sales (ALU & DRI) is responsible for driving sales growth and business development for thermal products in the Aluminium (ALU) and Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) segments across specified territory across Eastern and Central India. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, providing technical and commercial support, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The incumbent collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, monitors market trends and competitor activities, develops strategic sales plans, and contributes to business profitability while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
