VP - Trade Surveillance

Our client is a leading global investment bank and financial services institution with a presence across major financial markets worldwide. As part of the continued growth of its Trade Surveillance function, the firm is looking to hire a VP – Trade Surveillance for Mumbai location

The role will be responsible for managing and enhancing trade surveillance processes, strengthening front-office controls, identifying potential market conduct risks, and driving greater efficiency and effectiveness across the surveillance framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Trade Surveillance across Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income & Commodities
• Manage and enhance surveillance processes, controls & exception monitoring
• Analyse trading data to identify anomalies, trends and potential risks
• Drive resolution of data issues and improve front-office controls
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Technology & Front Office teams

Requirements:

• MBA Finance with 8+ years of Trade Surveillance experience with global investment banking firm.

  Get Hired
  Strong knowledge of Equities, Derivatives & Fixed Income
• Experience with Nasdaq Trade Surveillance, TradingHub or Actimize
• Strong SQL/Tableau and data analytics skills
• Exposure to Bloomberg/LSEG Workspace
• Strong understanding of regulatory and market conduct requirements
