Urgent Hiring for AR / Senior AR Callers

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1 to 5 years
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)

We are looking for experienced AR Callers who have hands-on expertise in US Medical Billing, Accounts Receivable follow-up, and Denial Management. The ideal candidate should be able to handle insurance follow-ups, resolve claims, reduce aging, and ensure timely reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform AR follow-up with US insurance companies via calls to resolve outstanding claims.
• Work on
  
  claim status, re-submissions, eligibility checks, and appeals.
• Handle denials, identify denial reasons, and take corrective action to resolve them.
• Update notes accurately in the billing system for every follow-up action.
• Review aged AR reports and prioritize claims based on aging buckets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for missing documents, coding corrections, or rework.
• Work towards daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational guidelines.

Required Skills

• 1 to 5 years of experience in AR Calling, Denial Management, or US RCM Process.
• Strong verbal communication skills (US accent added advantage).

  US healthcare insurance, EOBs, ERA, and denial codes.
• Ability to analyze claim issues and take corrective actions.
• Proficiency with billing software (e.g., Athena, eClinicalWorks, Kareo, Epic, or similar).
• Willingness to work in night shift.

Educational Qualification

• Any graduate / undergraduate with relevant AR Calling experience.
