Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React Front-End Developer with strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and AWS. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable front-end applications, along with the ability to lead and mentor a team. This role requires someone who can work independently, drive technical decisions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a late-evening shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain front-end applications using React.js and TypeScript.
  
• Work on complex UI components, state management, performance optimization, and reusable front-end modules.
  

• Lead a small team of developers, review code, and provide technical guidance and mentoring.
  
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate visual designs into responsive and interactive interfaces.
  
• Integrate front-end components with backend APIs, ensuring smooth data flow and high-quality user experience.
  
• Utilize AWS services for deployment, hosting, application monitoring, and front-end environment management.
  
• Drive best practices in front-end engineering, including code quality, testing, and documentation.
  
• Participate in architectural discussions, sprint planning, and technical decision-making.
  
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure timely resolutions.
  
• Work effectively in the 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST shift to collaborate with clients.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, including Hooks, Context API/Redux, functional components, and lifecycle methods.
  
• Proficiency in TypeScript, with solid knowledge of typings, interfaces, and type-safe development.
  
• Experience with AWS ecosystemsuch as S3, CloudFront, Lambda, API Gateway, Amplify, or similar services.
  
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern UI frameworks.
  
• Experience with CI/CD, Git version control, and build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.).
  
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha, etc.).
  

Leadership Skills:

• Ability to lead, mentor, and guide a team of front-end developers.
  
• Experience reviewing code, setting coding standards, and ensuring best practices.
  
• Capable of driving technical discussions and presenting solutions to stakeholders.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a distributed team environment.
  

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of serverless architecture using AWS Lambda or similar.
  
• Exposure to micro-frontend architecture.
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  
• Understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards.
