**JOB PROFILE**
Position: Sr Legal Real Estate Documentation
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (Candidate should be willing to work from client sites when required)
**Key Requirements:**
* Strong experience in real estate documentation drafting and vetting sale deeds, development agreements, JDAs, lease deeds, POAs, MOUs, etc.
* Prior exposure to developer-side work and real estate project documentation will be a major plus.
* Experience in title due diligence and preparation of title reports.
* Understanding of RERA, MOFA, Registration Act, Transfer of Property Act, and local municipal laws.
* Comfortable with client coordination, documentation for registration/stamping, and legal opinion work.
* Proficiency in English
