Job Description
We have opening Sr Legal with a Real Estate Developer in Andheri (E)
**JOB PROFILE**
**Key Requirements:**
* Strong experience in real estate documentation drafting and vetting sale deeds, development agreements, JDAs, lease deeds, POAs, MOUs, etc.
* Prior exposure to developer-side work and real estate project documentation will be a major plus.
* Understanding of RERA, MOFA, Registration Act, Transfer of
Property Act, and local municipal laws.
* Comfortable with client coordination, documentation for registration/stamping, and legal opinion work.
* Proficiency in English
**Qualification:** LL.B. (CS Executive or certification in real estate law will be an advantage)
