Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Wage Structure & Documentation Management
- Assess wage structures to ensure compliance with the Minimum Wages Act.
- Conduct due diligence on employee master data and perform gap analysis.
- Oversee documentation management, including KYC verification.
- Manage letter issuance and joining formalities for new hires.
- Conduct onboarding and induction programs for employees.
2. Payroll Management
- Prepare and manage monthly attendance records.
- Calculate salaries, variable incentives, and statutory compliance contributions.
- Maintain pay registers and ensure accurate documentation.
- Ensure timely disbursement of salaries, incentives, and payments for outsourced staff as per agreed timelines.
3. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF and ESIC.
- Prepare and maintain statutory registers and records as per legal guidelines.

- Ensure timely remittance of PF and ESIC contributions.
- Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns.
- Provide relevant records and reports for audits as required.
4. Exit Process
- Facilitate a seamless employee separation process, ensuring all exit formalities are completed.
5. Query & Grievance Management
- Handle onsite and offsite queries related to leaves, salary deductions, PF transfers, ESIC cards, and insurance through implant or branch support.
