Role Description The Deputy Manager – Finance and Accounts will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. This full-time, on-site role based in Raipur involves supervising accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate ledger maintenance, and supporting compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. The role includes coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to support revenue cycle processes, managing vendor and partner accounts, and contributing to cost-optimization initiatives. The Deputy Manager will support internal and external audits. This position also interacts with stakeholders to address financial queries and provide clear, data-backed insights to management.

Qualifications

• Strong Finance and accounting skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in Account Management, including oversight of payables, receivables, and general ledger reconciliation.
• Ability to deliver effective Customer Service when handling financial queries and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Exposure to Sales or revenue-support functions, such as billing oversight and collaboration with commercial teams.
• Demonstrated Team Management capabilities, including supervising staff, setting priorities, and mentoring team members.
• Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
• Experience with ERP or accounting software, strong MS Excel skills, and familiarity with healthcare or service-sector finance preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
