Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will be responsible for achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the branch and meeting the Value, Volume, and channel Productivity metrics. Your main focus will be on generating revenues through the sale of CASA, X-Sell, and Third Party Products like Insurance. Additionally, you will be responsible for sourcing High Value CASA customers and building Family Banking relationships. Your role will involve sourcing new to bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channels. It is crucial for you to successfully contact 20 customers per day, meet 4 customers/prospects per day, and upgrade customers from a lower product category to high.
Qualification Required:
- Graduation qualification in any stream
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team
