Job Description

    Role Overview:
    As a Relationship Manager in Prime Vishwaas Sales M1, your primary role will be to manage auto loans through car dealers, direct sales agents, and direct sales teams. You will be responsible for empanelling new car dealers, DSAs, and DSTs in the market. Your accountability will include driving sales performance and productivity within your team. Additionally, conducting training sessions for all channels and teams on products, policies, and market changes will be a key responsibility.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Manage auto loans through car dealers, DSAs, and DSTs
    - Empanel new car dealers, DSAs, and DSTs in the market
    - Ensure sales performance and productivity of the team
    - Conduct training on products, policies, and market changes
    - Coordinate business promotional activities with channels
    - Track channels and team for quality sourcing and a healthy portfolio
    - Interact with the credit team to obtain business approvals
    - Stay updated on competitor products, policies, and market strategies
    Qualifications Required:
    - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial sector
