Role Description

This full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager Human Resources Administrative is based in Abroad. The responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, managing talent acquisition processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The role also involves HR management, employee engagement, performance management, and supporting organizational development initiatives. Additionally, the Senior Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workplace culture and improve HR practices.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resource Planning, Organizational Development, and Talent Acquisition
• Experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and HR Policy Development
• Proficiency in HR-related software and tools, as well as systems for compliance management
• Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams effectively and maintain a positive company culture
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Bachelors or masters degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven track record of 7+ years of experience in HR management roles
• Familiarity with local labor laws and employee regulations in India
