Role Overview
We are looking for a growth-driven CEO to lead business expansion, build future-ready verticals, and drive digital and operational transformation in a manufacturing-led, distribution-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Scale existing businesses and build new growth verticals (organic & inorganic: M&A, JVs, brands).
- Lead digital transformation and implement best-in-class systems across functions.

- Drive profitability, cost optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Implement best-in-class systems and Industry 4.0 practices across functions.
- Build a high-performance leadership team and execution-focused culture.
Must-Have Experience
- 20+ years in Sales & Marketing leadership in a distribution-led business (preferably beauty/personal care/consumer products).
- Managed a business size of 500+ Cr with full P&L ownership.
- Strong P&L ownership and business strategy experience in manufacturing.
- Proven track record in digital transformation, M&A, and new business launches.
- Experience leading large cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Premier B-School background.
- Experience in promoter-led/professionally managed organizations.
