About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned HR Consulting professional to lead strategic HR transformation engagements and managed HR services for clients across industries. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in HR strategy, organization design, performance management, talent management, policy frameworks, and HR operations.
The role requires partnering with CXOs, business leaders, and HR heads to build scalable people practices that align workforce capabilities with business objectives. The individual will drive HR transformation programs, advisory assignments, and managed HR services while delivering measurable business outcomes. CAP360's HRCAMS practice focuses on transforming HR from an administrative function into a strategic business partner.
Stakeholder & Client Management:
- Manage relationships with CHROs, CEOs, Founders, and Business Leaders.
- Present strategic recommendations and transformation roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
- Lead consulting teams and mentor HR consultants.

- Support business development and client acquisition initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management, or related discipline.
- Certifications in HR Consulting, OD, Change Management, Talent Management, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent will be preferred.
Experience:
- 10 - 18 years of progressive HR experience with significant exposure to HR Consulting, HRBP, Organization Development, or HR Transformation.
- Experience managing large-scale HR projects and transformation programs.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior business leaders and driving strategic HR initiatives.
- Experience in consulting firms or leading HR functions within reputed organizations preferred.
