About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Learning & Development professional to lead enterprise-wide talent development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of designing and implementing learning strategies, leadership development programs, capability-building initiatives, and succession planning frameworks in large organizations.
This role will partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to build a future-ready workforce, strengthen leadership pipelines, and drive organizational capability development.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Strategy & Capability Building:
- Develop and execute the organization's Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Build capability development frameworks across functions and leadership levels.
- Identify skill gaps and create structured learning interventions to address current and future business needs.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Leadership Development:
- Design and implement leadership development programs for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders.
- Develop succession planning and high-potential employee development initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to strengthen leadership capability and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead end-to-end management of learning programs including need analysis, design, delivery, evaluation, and impact assessment.
- Create blended learning solutions using classroom, virtual, digital, and experiential learning methodologies.
- Manage external training partners, consultants, and learning vendors.
Talent & Organizational Development:
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to drive talent development initiatives.
- Support performance management, career development, and employee engagement programs.
- Design competency frameworks and career progression models.
Digital Learning & Analytics:
- Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
- Measure learning effectiveness through analytics, ROI tracking, and business impact assessments.
- Present periodic capability-building dashboards and insights to leadership teams.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education:
- MBA / PGDM in HR, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related field.

Experience:
- 1018 years of overall HR experience with significant exposure to Learning & Development.
- Experience working with reputed organizations known for strong talent and leadership development practices.
- Demonstrated success in building enterprise-wide learning strategies and leadership development programs.
- Experience managing large-scale learning budgets and capability-building initiatives.
