Job Description
- As an experienced Acquisitions Expert with a finance background, you will be joining our dynamic IT organization in Bengaluru, India. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, analyze, and execute Acquisitions opportunities that align with our strategic objectives. To excel in this role, you must possess strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and deal execution experience. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive growth through acquisitions, partnerships, and investments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, partnerships, and investment opportunities in line with the company's strategic goals.
- Conducting comprehensive financial analysis, valuations, and due diligence to assess the feasibility and value of potential deals.
- Managing the end-to-end process for acquisitions transactions, from initial deal sourcing to final integration, by working closely with legal, HR, operations, and other teams.
- Collaborating with internal teams to create and implement integration plans for acquired companies and monitoring their performance to ensure synergy targets are met.
- Assessing and mitigating financial, operational, and strategic risks associated with potential deals, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or CFA is highly preferred.

- 12+ years of experience in acquisitions, corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity, particularly in the IT or technology sector.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, proficiency in valuation techniques, and excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work cross-functionally, and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of IT and technology markets.
Technical proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software is essential, along with knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements in processes. Your strategic insights and recommendations to senior management on potential growth areas will be crucial in driving the company's success.,
