To do that, we run high-performing, multi-channel acquisition campaigns and now, were looking for someone who can help us scale our paid channels with an occasional dash of marketing wizardry.

The Role

Were searching for a Performance Marketer who lives and breathes paid media, obsesses over customer journeys, and gets a suspicious amount of joy from reducing CPAs. In this role, youll take ownership of our paid acquisition engine across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and emerging high-intent platforms like Quora, Reddit, and more.

Youll sit at the heart of our growth strategy, experimenting, optimising, and pushing our campaigns to outperform themselves week after week. If you can take a funnel apart and rebuild it stronger (preferably before your morning coffee), youll fit right in.

What Youll Do
  • Develop, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and secondary channels including Quora, Reddit, YouTube, and programmatic networks.
  • Own our paid acquisition strategy end-to-end from audience research and creative direction to landing page experiments and performance reporting.
  • Build and scale multi-channel funnels that efficiently convert students and graduates interested in global internships and career programs.
  • Identify opportunities to unlock new markets, improve ROAS and reduce CPAs
  • Collaborate with content, design and the rest of our marketing teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and frictionless journeys.
  • Test relentlessly: audiences, messaging, creatives, formats, placements. If it moves, youll test it.
  • Monitor daily performance and make data-driven decisions, adjusting budgets and bids.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to leadership clearly, concisely, and without needing to summon three dashboards and a sance.
What Were Looking For
  1. 3+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in a high-growth B2C or D2C business.
  2. Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta, with a track record of driving efficient acquisition at scale.
  3. Experience running tests and scaling campaigns on emerging platforms such as Quora, Reddit, TikTok, or similar.
  4. Advanced analytical skills, you can tell a story with data without traumatising the audience.
  5. Deep understanding of conversion funnels, landing page optimisation, and attribution (even the messy bits).
  6. Creative intuition combined with a scientific mindset, equal parts storyteller and spreadsheet ninja.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and ambitious growth targets.
  8. A proactive, curious, experiment-driven approach to marketing. If you wait to be told what to do, this role will not be your friend.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience marketing to students and early-career audiences.
  • Exposure to CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.).
  • Familiarity with global audiences and cross-border campaign execution.
