Finance Manager

Role Overview:

The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations across

multiple entities within the organization, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions

(M&A), financial planning, fund management, and investment raising. The ideal candidate

will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a proven track record in managing funds

across multiple entities, handling M&A transactions, and overseeing financial strategy.

Experience in the NBFC or Fintech industry is a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead M&A activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation,

and integration, to support strategic business growth.

• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations for M&A

opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to structure and execute

acquisitions successfully.

• Oversee the allocation of funds across different business units and entities,

ensuring optimal capital utilization and return on investment.

• Develop strategies for raising capital from various sources, including

institutional investors, private equity, and venture capital.

• Maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders

to support fundraising efforts.

• Drive the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategic

plans to align with business goals.

• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, enabling effective

decision-making.

• Lead regular financial analysis to monitor performance and identify areas for

improvement.

• Manage the liquidity and cash flow requirements of the business, ensuring

efficient fund management across multiple entities.

• Implement risk management strategies to minimize exposure to financial

risks, including market fluctuations and operational risks.

• Optimize working capital and cash management processes to support

business operations.

• Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including monthly, quarterly,

and annual performance reviews for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified CA
• 4-6 years of experience in finance, with significant expertise in mergers, acquisitions,

• Experience in the NBFC, Fintech, or digital lending industry is a distinct advantage.
• Proven ability to raise capital and manage investor relations.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic financial

decision-making.
