Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recovery Manager based in Jabalpur. The Recovery Manager will be responsible for managing the recovery of overdue payments, establishing contact with defaulters, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role also involves collaborating with field teams, preparing recovery reports, and devising strategies to minimize delinquency rates.

• Strong skills in debt recovery, negotiation, and financial analysis
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with borrowers while ensuring compliance

• Knowledge of loan disbursement processes and legal recovery proceedings
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing recovery reports and related documentation
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and coordinate with field teams effectively
• Experience in the housing finance or banking industry is highly desirable
• Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Masters degree preferred)
