Travel Consultant / Ticketing Executive - Amadeus & Sabre

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international ticketing using Amadeus, Sabre systems.
  
• Manage reservations, PNRs, and fares for various travel options.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by resolving their queries related to bookings, cancellations, and refunds.
  
  
• Ensure accurate processing of air tickets according to IATA standards.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

Get Hired
• 1-4 years of experience in air ticketing or travel industry (domestic & international).
  
• Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre; knowledge of Galileo is an added advantage.
  
• Strong understanding of travel processes including reservation, PNR management, fare filing etc.
