Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Rajahmundry for a Legal Officer specializing in Litigation. The role involves managing legal documentation, providing legal advice and consultation, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. The Legal Officer will also handle contract law and business law matters, support legal proceedings, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to safeguard the companys legal interests. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal documents, supporting dispute resolution, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting on legal cases.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Business Law and Contract Law to ensure adherence to legal guidelines and regulations.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, drafting, and reviewing contracts and agreements.
• Strong expertise in Legal Consulting and advising on litigation and compliance matters.

• Proven background in applying principles of Law in corporate or financial services environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Bachelors degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification is required. A Masters degree in Law or relevant certifications will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in litigation, preferably within the financial services or corporate sector, is highly desirable.
