CarDekho.com - Senior Product Manager

About the Role:
CarDekho Group is rebuilding personal mobility in India, how people discover, buy, sell, finance, and insure cars. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager-II who can own a complex problem space end-to-end and ship things that move the business and experience for millions of users.
What You'll Own:
- Product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your vertical from 6-month execution to long-term bets.
- End-to-end product delivery: problem definition, solution design, prioritization, launch, and iteration.
- Consumer and/or platform product: depending on vertical, you may own buyer-facing journeys, supply-side tools, or both.
- Define what success looks like and be accountable for it.
- Own AI and ML initiative in your vertical - Identify where intelligence meaningfully improves the user experience or business outcome, and owning those bets end-to-end.
- A team of PMs and/or APMs; mentoring, goal-setting, and raising the execution bar.
What being an AI-Native Product Manager entails:
- AI-First Mindset: Proactively identifying opportunities where LLMs or predictive models can fundamentally transform user journeys and business outcomes.
- Technical Fluency: Sufficient understanding of ML concepts (RAG, fine-tuning, latency) to partner effectively with data science and engineering.
- Rapid Experimentation: Leveraging AI tools to accelerate research and prototyping, significantly reducing time-to-insight for the team.
- User-Centric Focus: Prioritizing solving core user needs with AI as a powerful enabler, rather than shipping features for the sake of technology.
- Responsible AI: Ensuring all intelligent features are reliable, trustworthy, and proactively addressed for bias and privacy.
What We're Looking For:

Professional Experience: 6+ years of product management experience at a product-first technology company, with a proven track record of leading org-wide or multi-BU initiatives.
- Product Ownership: Proven ownership of complex consumer or platform products at scale, with demonstrable impact on core business metrics.
- AI Strategy & Infrastructure: Deep AI platform and infrastructure knowledge, with the ability to define an org-level AI vision and shape roadmaps centered on LLMs, recommendation engines, and automation.
- AI-Native Development: Hands-on experience in AI-first product development, including leading data science partnerships, managing ML trade-offs, and transforming legacy platforms with intelligent features.
- Analytical Rigor: Strong analytical foundation with proficiency in SQL, funnel analysis, and rigorous experiment design.
- Strategic Leadership: Ability to navigate board or investor-level discussions regarding AI differentiation, business impact, and product narrative.
- Influence & Culture: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority while fostering a high-bias-for-action culture and leading high-performing PM teams.
