CarDekho.com - Senior Product Manager - Product Experience

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager Product Experience (PX) to own and elevate the end-to-end user experience across our consumer platform. You'll be responsible for building intuitive, engaging, and personalized product experiences that improve user satisfaction, engagement, retention, and conversion. Working closely with Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Research, you'll identify user pain points, shape product strategy, and deliver experiences that delight millions of users while driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product experience roadmap across key user journeys and customer touchpoints.
- Identify friction points through user research, behavioral analytics, and customer feedback, and translate them into impactful product improvements.
- Drive initiatives to improve engagement, retention, conversion, and overall user satisfaction.
- Build and optimize personalized experiences, discovery surfaces, recommendations, and AI-powered user journeys where relevant.

- Define success metrics, run A/B experiments, and leverage data to continuously optimize product performance.
- Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Content, Research, and Analytics teams to deliver seamless, user-first experiences.
- Balance customer needs with business goals to create intuitive, scalable, and high-impact product solutions.
- Own end-to-end product execution, from problem discovery and prioritization to launch and post-launch optimization.
What We're Looking For:
- 5- 7 years of Product Management experience building consumer-facing digital products.
- Strong user-centric thinking with a deep understanding of customer journeys and user behavior.
- Proven track record of improving engagement, retention, and conversion through product and UX enhancements.
- Experience with personalization, content discovery, recommendation systems, or AI-driven user experiences is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in product metrics, user behavior analysis, and experimentation.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive, frictionless user experiences.
- Excellent collaboration skills across Design, Engineering, Content, Research, and Analytics.
- High ownership, strong product intuition, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven consumer internet environments is preferred.
