In the role of Technical Lab Manager at Caravel BPM, you will lead the offshore team specializing in NetSuite customizations and integrations. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, overseeing the development of custom solutions using SuiteScript, and orchestrating integrations connecting external systems to NetSuite. Collaboration with project managers, technical leads, and client stakeholders is essential to define requirements, scope, and timelines for projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the offshore technical lab for efficient execution of NetSuite customization and integration projects.
- Lead the development and maintenance of custom NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript and other relevant technologies.
- Direct the design, development, and deployment of integrations connecting NetSuite with external systems through middleware platforms and APIs.
- Collaborate with project managers and client stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
- Establish quality control processes, code reviews, and testing protocols to ensure reliable solutions.
- Identify and implement process improvements and technical innovations to streamline development practices.

- Hands-on experience with NetSuite customization using SuiteScript.
- Experience in designing and implementing integrations between NetSuite and external systems.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and project management skills.
