Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-energy, creative, and target-driven Content Sales Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for monetizing PowerDrifts content capabilities by pitching and closing branded content deals with automotive OEMs and digital agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Pitch and sell creative content campaigns (videos, reels, influencer integrations, etc.) to OEMs and digital media agencies.Build and manage strong relationships with brand managers and agency leads.
Understand client briefs, develop customized content solutions, and work closely with internal teams to deliver.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

5-10 years of experience in Content sales/New Business development.
Strong understanding of branded content, influencer marketing, and digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience working with advertising/media/digital agencies or OEMs is a plus.
Passion for automotive content or familiarity with the auto ecosystem is preferred.
Must be open to travel as the role may involve client meetings across cities.
