We are looking for motivated and self-driven individuals to join as Health Insurance Advisors. The role involves understanding customers healthcare protection needs and helping them choose suitable health insurance plans.

• Generate leads through personal networks, references, and digital platforms.
• Connect with prospective customers and understand their insurance requirements.
• Explain health insurance plans, benefits, coverage, exclusions, and terms clearly.
• Assist customers throughout the policy purchase process.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned business and sales targets.
• Follow company and IRDAI guidelines while selling insurance products.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Willingness to learn about health insurance products.
• IRDAI/POSP certification is an advantage; eligible candidates may be guided through the required process.
