Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Line Sales role based in Cuttack. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand their health insurance needs, explain product features and benefits, and recommend suitable plans. The Front Line Sales professional will conduct field visits, manage inquiries at the branch or partner locations, and support customers through the proposal, documentation, and policy issuance process. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining relationships with customers and partners, and providing clear information on claims, renewals, and value-added services. The role also involves participating in local marketing activities, attending training sessions, and sharing market feedback to help improve products and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and build long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, close sales, and meet individual and team targets.
• Candidates should possess Training-related capabilities to absorb product knowledge, comply with regulatory guidelines, and help educate customers and partners on insurance offerings.
• Candidates should ideally have basic computer proficiency, familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or field sales is preferred; a graduate degree in any discipline is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Cuttack, willingness to travel locally for customer visits, and a strong orientation toward ethical, customer-focused selling are essential.
