Job Title: IT Recruiter SAP Hiring Specialist
Experience: 3 to 6 Years

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven IT Recruiter with strong experience in SAP hiring and end-to-end technical recruitment. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing niche IT roles, along with excellent stakeholder management skills. This role requires strong communication, deep understanding of technology hiring trends, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP and IT roles (sourcing screening coordination offer closure).
- Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social hiring, and other innovative methods.
- Screen candidates for technical fit, project experience, stability, and communication skills.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Handle interview scheduling and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Negotiate compensation, manage offer rollouts, and ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, pipeline reports, and dashboards.
- Build talent pools for future SAP and IT requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring processes and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of core IT recruitment experience (Mandatory).
- Strong experience in SAP hiring technical (ABAP, Basis, HANA) & functional modules (SD, MM, FI, PP, etc.).
- Solid understanding of IT technologies, hiring trends, and talent mapping.

- Excellent sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, etc.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously with tight deadlines.
- Experience hiring for mid-level to senior-level technical positions.
- Proficient in MS Excel, ATS tools, trackers, and MIS reporting.
- Education Mandatory: B.Tech + MBA (HR preferred).
