About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling fintech innovator in Indias precious metals and digital asset ecosystem, were redefining how institutional and retail investors access, trade, and store physical gold through tech-driven platforms. Our mission is to democratize gold ownership with transparency, security, and seamless operations—backed by deep supply chain, logistics, and compliance expertise across the country.
Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end gold operations including sourcing, quality assurance, warehousing, logistics, and last-mile delivery across India.
• Design, implement, and scale SOPs for gold procurement, purity verification, and inventory management across partnered mints and vaults.
• Oversee third-party vendor and logistics partner performance, ensuring zero loss, 99.9%+ SLA compliance, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and finance to ensure adherence to RBI, Customs, and bullion exchange regulations.
• Drive cost optimization and process automation (ERP, tracking dashboards, IoT inventory tools) while maintaining operational integrity.
• Build and mentor a high-performing operations team across hubs in Mumbai, Delhi, and Kolkata.
