Role Description The Linguistic Training & Quality Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing linguistic training programs for internal teams and external stakeholders. This position involves developing curricula and training materials focused on language accuracy, communication clarity, tone consistency, and brand-aligned messaging across all written and spoken content. The role includes monitoring output quality, conducting regular assessments, providing feedback and coaching, and establishing quality benchmarks for linguistic performance. The manager will collaborate with recruitment, marketing, and operations teams to ensure communication standards are met across campaigns, candidate interactions, and client communications. Additional responsibilities include analyzing training effectiveness, refining frameworks based on data and feedback, and contributing to scalable processes that enhance communication quality across the organization.

• Strong expertise in linguistics, communication, and language training, including experience designing and delivering structured training programs.
• Demonstrated skills in quality assurance, performance evaluation, and establishing measurable standards for communication and content accuracy.
• Proficiency in creating and refining documentation, guidelines, and playbooks for tone of voice, style, and brand-aligned messaging.
