Finance Associate

Join the elite finance team at 5 Star Hotel in Bangalore on ofIndias premier luxury hospitality chain. We are looking for a meticulous and driven Finance Associate to support our financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of hotel operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and providing insightful data to drive profitability.

As a Finance Associate, you will be a Value Strategist and Service Provider, helping the unit achieve its business goals through rigorous accounting and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Accounting: Record and maintain daily financial transactions including vouchers, invoices, and ledger entries in ERP/Tally.
• Revenue Management: Assist in revenue posting, daily night audit reviews, and reconciling room, FB, and banquet income.
• Accounts Payable Receivable: Process vendor payments, manage aging reports, and follow up on outstanding guest or corporate dues.
• Statutory Compliance: Handle GST reconciliation (GSTR-1, 3B), TDS filings, and ensure adherence to luxury tax and other local regulations.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly Profit Loss (PL) statements, Balance Sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors, providing necessary documentation and ensuring SOX compliance where applicable.
• Cost Control: Monitor operating expenses and assist in inventory audits for FB and other hotel supplies.

• Education: Graduate B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of core accounting/finance experience
